Etsy Sales CSV to Dashboard
Etsy's Shop Manager gives you sales stats one month at a time. The moment you want to compare item performance across months, or see which shipping destinations actually drive revenue, the CSV download is the faster path.
Step 1: Download From Etsy
Go to Shop Manager β Settings β Options β Download Data β Orders, pick Order Items CSV (one row per item sold, best for a revenue breakdown), select the month and year, and download. This report typically includes Sale Date, Item Name, Quantity, Price, and Order Total. Download a few months and combine them if you need a longer window.
Step 2: Pick a Breakdown
Revenue by Item
Upload your Order Items CSV and Pivot Table opens pre-configured to sum Price by Item Name.
Combine Multiple Months
Merge several monthly CSV downloads into one file before running the breakdown above.
Forecast Seasonal Demand
Project sales trends from combined historical months, useful ahead of a seasonal rush.
Overall Sales Stats β
Totals and averages across the whole export in one view.
